I doubt that he'll leave, maybe he'll appear less and only on the final critical stages but if he goes off, who's going to take over his bluntness?

Hmm in my mind the only other person who could take over is Nigel Lythgoe who is also one of the producers of Ai.. although i'm not sure whether he's still involved since he prefers SYTYCD
